 Twin Oaks Training Stable, LLC is proud to stand Menominee Wind for Dick and Dee Corning. It has been a privilege and honor to ride, train, show and work in the breed barn with such a remarkable stallion. He has the disposition for being trained and being a friend. He has the conformation for a smooth ride. A world show judge once told us “he rides like a Cadillac”. WOW! What a great phrase! I have heard many positive comments like this about him and it is so enjoyable to hear others think so much of him. He has the best hooves I have ever seen on a horse. They are strong and balanced which indicates how good his conformation is. My farrier is impressed every time he is trimmed. I also have seen him pass great hooves on to his offspring and everyone in the horse business knows how frustrating it is to have a horse with poor hooves.

MENOMINEE WINDIGO (click photo to enlarge)– gorgeous grulla weanling - “Diggy” is sired by Menominee Wind and is almost a carbon copy of his sire. What a colt!! His dam is Seekers Soft Touch by Dandy Seeker and is linebred Skipper W on the bottom. August 5th he placed 3rd out of 16 foals in the DCHA SSA Stallion Futurity Weanling Class. This colt bathes, clips, and loads easily into a trailer. He is a joy to be around and promises to be an outstanding performance horse. Dandy Menominee Gal

DANDY MENOMINEE GAL (click photo to enlarge) – yearling golden dun filly. This is one you won't want to pass up! She is sired by Menominee Wind. Her dam is Seekers Soft Touch by Dandy Seeker and is linebred Skipper W on the bottom. As a weanling she stood Reserve Grand Champion Mare at the September Upper Mississippi Buckskin Show. She also was Hi Point Weanling Mare in the Wisconsin Foundation Quarterhorse Assn., and stood 4th in the Dodge County Horsemen's Assn. Open Weanling Futurity. She bathes, clips and loads easily into a trailer. Her barn name is Patti Shananigans because she was born on St. Patrick's Day 3/17/06.
